My husband and I first enjoyed Coral Princess 11 years ago as part of a US Airways package deal. It was fabulous!! We loved the staff, the location on the water, the incredible dive shop, the spa, the downtown area with so many great restaurants and endless adventures to choose from. We didn't want to leave so we signed up for the vacation club package. We have been coming once or twice each year and every time we arrive at the lobby from the airport, Jaime and Pedro say "Welcome home!" and give me a big hug. This is a safe island and guest conscious resort. The rooms are very clean and they bend over backwards to make sure you are happy with all aspects. I give this resort 5 stars. The prices are fabulous!! We fly to Charlotte, NC and take a direct flight to/from Cozumel on Saturdays. The transfer to the hotel is 5 minutes. You gotta go!
