Mi detalle es con el restaurant, que cierren tan temprano nos obliga a buscar otro lugar para comer. La señal de wifi no llega tan bien al piso 8. Y me gustaría que los pagos extras al llegar al hotel estuvieran también en pesos mexicanos y visibles, realmente el precio del hotel es accesible así que no veo como una barrera el hecho de ser consiente de que tienes que pagar x cantidad extra (y uno se puede quedar con un mal sabor de boca al enterarse de que había letras chiquitas en el correo que nos envian). Dicho todo lo demás, la verdad si me gusto la experiencia del hotel y ya les dejé una reseña positiva en google maps :)

Had such a wonderful stay and we can’t wait to return! The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. Location is terrific; a quiet oasis away from the cruise ports but close to great restaurants, town and the airport. Terrific views and great snorkeling right from the hotel. Nice pool and outdoor spaces. Common areas in the hotel provide lots of comfortable seating. Perfect, relaxing Cozumel hotel!

We had a wonderful stay! My 8yo asked if it was the top rated hotel in Cozumel. We had a beautiful ocean view. We snorkeled all over the island. Right outside the hotel was by far the best!!

Everything was very good. The only downside was that there was no food service after 5PM.

I always love staying at the Coral Princess! Jaime is the best, and always makes me feel like part of the family. I sometimes look at other hotels nearby for a change, but then end up staying at Coral Princess because it is a great value, has a perfect location, and the staff is amazing! Thanks so much for making my vacation memorable!

I would like to be able to eat dinner at the hotel. Would like the pool a little warmer.
