ENTREÉ
OVEN-ROASTED TURKEY BREAST. Juicy oven-roasted turkey breast, served over a mix of butter-sautéed dried fruits and aged Gouda cheese, with pear potatoes and a sauce with a hint of chipotle.
VEGAN OPTION
VEGAN WELLINGTON. Plant-based Wellington served over green pea purée, accompanied by roasted garlic lactonnaise and finished with truffle oil.
